♦ Introduction

Authors are cordially invited to submit their research papers for presentation at the international conference Teachers’ and Educational Administrators’ Competence in the Context of Globalisation that will take place on 28-29 November 2017 at Thai Nguyen University of Education, one of the major universities of education in the North of Vietnam.

The international conference Teachers’ and Educational Administrators’ Competence in the Context of Globalisation, hosted by Thai Nguyen University of Education, will be an open academic forum for teachers, educational administrators and teacher trainers to discuss models and delivery modes of teacher education and educational administration programs and professional developments programs to meet the demands of a dynamic world in the context of globalization.

♦ Conference objective: The main objective of the conference is to bring together researchers, academics and practitioners not only to share interests and experiences, and discuss current and challenging issues in teacher education with focus on teacher and educational administrators’ competences but also to foster international collaboration in teacher education institutions.
